How long does shipping take?
It depends on the item. In-stock originals and existing inventory typically ship within a few business days. Prints, stickers, and other made-to-order items are produced by our print partners after you order, so please allow extra production time before transit begins -- exact estimates are shown at checkout for each item.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Every product on the site supports guest checkout -- you can complete your purchase with just an email and shipping address. Creating an account is optional and mainly useful if you want to see your order history in one place.
How does the commission process work?
Share a few details about the piece you have in mind on the Commissions page. We reply within 24 hours, work out subject, size, and references, then send a concept sketch with a fixed quote. A deposit books your spot, and you get progress photos as the piece comes together.
How do I book a mural?
Tell us about your space on the Murals page -- space type, rough size, and timeline. We reply within 24 hours to set up a short consultation, then send a fixed-bid proposal with a concept sketch and a deposit schedule before any paint touches the wall.
What is your return policy?
Original artwork and commissions are one-of-a-kind, so they are final sale once work has begun -- unless an item arrives damaged or not as described. For products, contact us as soon as possible after delivery about any defect or shipping issue and we will make it right. See the Terms of Service for full details.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
